Martin Jaramillo is a cartoonist, painter and sculptor Panamanian born February 26, 1967 in the district of David, Chiriqui, Panama. Charcoal, pastel and oil are mainly three techniques work, but is aware of various techniques. His specialty is drawing the human face, its ability to capture the features, expressions, and the proportions are impressive, being able to portray a person posing live in thirty minutes. His childhood took place in a coffee farm in Boquete, where from the tender age of 5 years showed great talent for drawing, made his first professional job at age 13, since then it has stopped work on the art. Being a college student secondary in David, Chiriqui, decides to travel to Costa Rica to take their first courses on art techniques. His desire to learn more about the subject and excel and it did not stop when he decides to arrange a scholarship to Madrid, Spain. This is where he studied Photography, Art, Portrait and Anatomy for a period of five years, then returned to Panama where he worked for several years in and retired U.S. military bases. His talent and love for art led him to Europe and has made touring around Central America, and participated in national and international fairs. His portraits have crossed borders, as it has done work for clients from all over the world. He currently lives in Panama.
